Papers may be submitted for review via the conference website until February 15, 2010.

All submitted papers then go through stringent peer review, and the authors will receive notification of whether their papers have been accepted for publication no later than May 1, 2010, along with reviewer comments.

Final manuscripts must be submitted by June 15, 2010. It is stressed that all correspondence shall be electronic.

All papers submitted to VCC-10 must be in English and follow the IEEE conference paper format. LaTeX and Word templates can be found here: VCCtemplate

Final papers are allowed up to 6 A4-pages. Papers must be submitted electronically, as Adobe PDF files. The file size should be no more than 2 MB.

A short list of keywords should be included. All papers presented at VCC-10 will be publicly accessible and available for online download.
